HOMEMADE BUTTERMILK BISCUITS



*Ingredients:

°2 cups self-rising flour

°1 cup of milk

°1/2 teaspoon salt (I didn't use any)

°3/4 stick frozen butter

°2 tablespoons butter + 1 tablespoon honey, melted and mixed together

*Methods:

Mix the flour and grated butter together with your hands until it has a consistency like cornmeal, then load in the blemished buttermilk mixture until blended.

Then flip the soft counter fold over at least five times and reduce with a 2.5-inch cookie cutter.

Put it in a greased baking pan at 375 degrees for 18 to twenty minutes.

After brushing, serve honey butter over biscuits warm.
