strawberry bombs

*Ingredients:

°300 g (2 cups) flour

°1 egg

° 45 g (1/4 cup) sugar

° pinch of salt

° 7 g dry yeast

°140 ml (3/5 cup) hot milk

° 40 g (1/4 cup) softened butter

+ for decoration:

° whipped cream

° chopped strawberry

° granulated sugar

*Methods:

In a medium bowl, mix sugar, yeast, and milk, and stir until dissolved.

Beat the eggs. Add flour and salt and start kneading the dough with a spoon. Then keep kneading with your palms until you get a pliable dough.

Add the softened butter and continue to knead until the butter is properly blended into the dough.

Form a ball from the dough, cover it with a tea towel or plastic wrap and let it rise for an hour.

Divide the dough into eight items and roll each right into a ball. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes.

Flatten each ball a little and roll it straight into a ball again. Cover and allow to relax every other 30 minutes.

Fry the balls in warm oil over low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Cool barely and reduce by 1/2 lengthwise, like burger buns.

Garnish with half of the whipped cream and chopped strawberries, close to alternate 1/2, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

Enjoy!!
