*INGREDIENTS
°3 cups milk
°1 cup sugar
°6 large eggs
°2 teaspoons vanilla
°nutmeg
*1 frozen uncooked puff pastry
*INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat to 350 degrees.
Gently pour the pan 9 with the non-stick spray.
Place the uncooked pie crust on a pie pan, also press the dough against the sides of the pan.
Whisk together the sugar, eggs, nutmeg and vanilla. Also add the milk to smooth.
Pour the mixture into a pie crust.
Gently sprinkle nutmeg over custard.
