*Cobbler-Pound-Cake*




*Ingredients:

+Fresh peaches I used 4 large ones.
°110 grams of brown sugar.
°One teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
°60 grams of melted butter.
°3 sticks of unsalted butter - preferably room temperature.
°Full fat cream cheese I used 220 grams at room temperature.
°500 grams of granulated sugar.
°80 grams of sour cream - room temperature
°1 tsp of vanilla extract.
°6 large eggs - room temperature
°350 grams of cake flour.
°1 teaspoon baking powder.
°Half a teaspoon of salt.
*Methods :
The first step
Set the oven to 325°F (163°C). Spray some nonstick spray into a 12-cup container of the mixture.
The second step
To get started, peel the peaches. After slicing the peaches, place the peach wedges in the bottom of the Bundt jar. Be sure to chop the remaining three peaches into bite-size pieces.
The third step
Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter in a small bowl and mix well. Sprinkle over the peach mixture already in the Bundt pan.
The fourth step
For 2 minutes, beat the butter in a large bowl on high speed. After adding the cream cheese, continue to beat for an additional minute on high speed.
Fifth step
Then add the sugar and continue to beat at high speed for an additional minute. Finally, add the vanilla extract and sour cream, and beat on high speed until silky smooth and creamy.
Sixth step
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, and continue to do so until each egg is completely incorporated into the mixture. Before adding the next egg, be sure to scrape the edges of the bowl.
Seventh step
Mix the cut peaches. Next, add the cake flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix over low heat until the dry ingredients are almost completely combined.
Eighth step
After preparing the bundt pan, pour the mixture into it. Press the pan down firmly on the counter a few times to get rid of any air bubbles that may have formed. Next, place in the oven for about 80 to 90 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
The ninth step
Remove the tray from the oven and let it cool for an hour. Invert the cake onto a plate and leave it to cool completely. If you like, you can serve it with whipped cream and caramel sauce on the side.
