*Ingredients
+Crust
°1 tsp vanilla wafer crumbs
°1 tbsp pecans, finely chopped
°1 butter stick (½ cup) melted
°8 oz soft cream cheese
°1 tsp powdered sugar
°16 oz split whipped topping
°2 small boxes of cheese pudding
°3 tbsp milk
°1 box Lucky Leaf Cherry Pie Filling
°½ cup chopped pecans
*Instructions
In mixing bowl, combine vanilla wafer crumbs, finely chop pecans and melt butter.
Press into 9 x 13-inch pan; cook at 350° for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
In another bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 ½ cup whipped topping.
Stir until mixture is smooth; spread evenly over cooled crust.
Combine cheesecake pudding, milk and 1 tsp. whipped filling and stir until smooth.
Spread evenly over the layer of cream cheese in the pan.
Garnish with a can of Lucky Leaf Cherry Pie Filling, remaining whipped topping and ½ cup chopped pecans.
