Brioche Donuts



*Ingredients (6 people):

° 500 g of flour
° 125 g butter, soft
° 5 g dry yeast
° 80 g sugar
° 1 bottle vanilla essence
° 3 egg
° 200 ml milk 

*Methods:

Sifting flour into the bowl of food processor, adding sugar and dry yeast. Starting to mix everything by add the milk little by little.
Let it be well absorb. Adding vanilla.
Adding eggs one at a time, mixing them well with rest of the batter.
Adding butter little by little, letting it be well absorbed.
Working dough for 5 to 10 mn.
Then covering dough with a sheet of cling film also let it rise overnight in the refrigerator.
The next day, removing dough for donuts also buns from refrigerator until doubled.

Time ready, spread it on the pastry board also making donuts or brioches.
Baking them in the oven at 180° for 25 mn.
